So, no takers on the best show ever contest, but it is ... drumroll please ...
The Flight of the Conchords.
So off-beat and quirky. I am watching it and rewatching it and watching it again and then going online and watching it. So funny. I know these guys do concerts and have CDs, but why this show hasn't jumped to network TV is beyond me. It's formatted like a comedy, but with two (or more) musical numbers in each episode. Very, very clever.
Here, for your viewing enjoyment, is my personal favorite (although it's hard to choose) from episode 1, season 1 - "The Prettiest Girl in the Room." I think my favorite part is when he seals the deal with his dance moves. Please to enjoy.
