In which we are determined favorable

Upon returning home from our most awesome 4-day weekend with the Yus at a cabin on the lake in Kentucky (where Owen found baby Taya to be the most fun ever), I was pleasantly surprised to find the following:

"It has been determined that you are able to furnish proper care to an orphan or orphans as defined by Section 101 (b) (1) (F) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. [...] Your advance processing application has been forwarded to the American Consulate or Embassy, Almaty, Kazakhstan via the National Visa Center [...] Your application has been approved for two child(ren)." -Form I-171H

Thank you, Memphis. And a happy Independence Day to all.
